By accessing or using any AyiConnect services, platforms, websites, or applications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, and any future modifications.

1. Services
AyiConnect provides a range of services, which currently include:
Fees: Some Services may include fees or charges. Users agree to pay all fees associated with the Services they use. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

- Self-Service Platform: A digital platform where Families may create profiles, post jobs, and invite Helpers to connect; Helpers may create accounts, browse and apply for jobs; both Families and Helpers may participate in community discussions.
- Concierge Services: Personalized assistance in connecting Families with Helpers, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Training Services: Educational content, courses, or certifications for Helpers (may be added in the future).

2. Accounts and Use
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction to use the Services.

- Families may create accounts, post jobs, and invite Helpers.

- All Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account.

- Ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
- Conduct due diligence before engaging with any other User.
- Users are solely responsible for the acts or omissions of themselves or anyone they invite to their listings or activities.

3. Use of Services
- You may not use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- You are responsible for compliance with applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
- Users agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
4. Fees and Payments
- Users are responsible for all fees incurred through their accounts.
- Fees may include, but are not limited to, subscription fees, booking fees, training fees, and concierge service fees.
- Payments processed through third-party payment gateways are subject to the gateway’s terms. AyiConnect is not liable for disputes regarding such payments.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- AyiConnect does not guarantee the performance, accuracy, suitability, or legality of any User, job, listing, or activity.
- AyiConnect is not an employer or employment agency.
- All transactions occur directly between Users.In no event shall AyiConnect or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no payment was made.
6. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes between Users and AyiConnect will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Collin County, Texas.
- Users waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions unless opted out at registration.
- Arbitration procedures may be updated with 60 days’ notice.
7. Intellectual Property
- All technology, content, and trademarks on the Services are owned or licensed by AyiConnect.
- Users are granted a limited, revocable, non - transferable license to access and use the Services for personal purposes only.
- No User may copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Services without express written permission.
8. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AyiConnect and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
